TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Ayushman patient must have a health card.

• Ayushman patient first meet the concerned doctor for his illness or problem in the OPD if the doctor has advised the patient to be admitted to the hospital and if the problem or illness is in the package list of Ayushman bharat the patient can get the benefit of Ayushman bharat.

• To get admitted, the patient has to check and give the Ayushman card to the Ayushman bharat counter.

• At the time of admission the patient will not have to pay any kind of money in the hospital.

• If the patient is hospitalized under Ayushman bharat scheme then it is necessary to have a relative with the patient.
